Founded in Richland County, Columbia, South Carolina, we are a consortia of individuals who are concerned about the actions and efforts (or lack thereof) that are being taken to note, document, and celebrate factual events, narratives, and lives of our ancestors, of African-American descent in Columbia and beyond. The Consortia protects these elements through relative projects that will sustain our existence for generations to come- through art, preservation, and definition.
